Dr. Refai is a board-certified psychiatrist based in Jacksonville, Florida. He holds an MBA from Duke University and completed psychiatry residency training at the University of Hawaii and John Peter Smith Hospital, after earning his medical degree at St. George's University School of Medicine. His work focuses on anxiety, overthinking, panic, and modern psychiatric care, and on translating psychiatry into plain language for the public.
