This notice describes how QuitScrolling handles information that may be considered "consumer health data" under laws such as the Washington My Health My Data Act and similar state laws. It supplements our Privacy Policy.
What we may collect that could be considered health-related
To operate the app, we store the schedules you set, your lock sessions and their outcomes, and the reports the app generates. We treat this information as sensitive.
What we do not collect
We do not collect your precise location, we do not read your messages, photos, or browsing, and we do not infer health conditions about you. We do not use this data for advertising and we never sell it.
How we use it
Only to provide the service to you: to run your schedules and locks, generate your reports, and sync across your devices.
Sharing
We share it only with the service providers that run the app (such as authentication, payments, and hosting), and only as needed. We do not sell consumer health data and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Your rights
You can access, delete, or export this data, and withdraw consent, by emailing support@quitscrolling.app. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. You may also designate an authorized agent to make a request.
